Jungian Analytical Therapy

Jungian Analytical Therapy is an eclectic neo-Jungian form of therapy based on the psychology of C.G. Jung, and many others.

This form of therapy will help you integrate your shadow, which means that you will become aware of your unconscious triggers, and how they are influencing you, as well as listening to your ‘soul’ and acting on it. Carl Jung called this the ‘individuation process’.

Maybe you feel stuck in your relationships, because you keep repeating the same patterns over and over. Maybe you have a difficult situation at work, perhaps with your manager or colleagues. Maybe you experience a lot of stress and anxiety about having to act a certain way every day, or because you’re blocking yourself and how you really feel.

Working with me will help you find your unconscious patterns, and change your beliefs and behaviour to fit with who you are. Using techniques such as active imagination, trance, dream analysis, and the symbolism of myths and other stories, you will find greater clarity in who you are and where you want to go.

Typically, people go through various phases with this work, starting with the more cognitive pattern recognition and cultivating understanding of yourself, leading to becoming your own inner parent, and eventually into a richer experience of your own symbolic inner world (which I think is authentic spirituality).
